1. Processing and Production Timelines

To guarantee unparalleled freshness and flavor, all of our premium small-batch coffees are roasted to order. Our custom minimalist mugs and cozy apparel collections are also printed on demand specifically for you.

  • Beverage Processing: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for our master roasters to prepare, pack, and clear your fresh coffee or tea blends for transit [INDEX].
  • Lifestyle Gear Processing: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for our printing partners to manufacture and quality-check your custom mugs and clothing items.

2. Cross-Border & Multi-Package Fulfillment

Savary Flavors partners with specialized roasters and print artisans across North America to ensure absolute quality.

  • Separate Shipments: Because our beverages and lifestyle gear are produced at separate specialized facilities, items in a single order may ship independently and arrive in multiple packages.
  • Tracking Numbers: You will receive unique tracking numbers via email for each package in your order as soon as they leave their respective fulfillment hubs, allowing you to monitor each item's journey.
  • Cross-Border Clearance: Because select artisanal items ship from our specialized US fulfillment centers to our Canadian community, packages must clear Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) customs. Any standard import customs delays are outside of our control, but we work closely with carriers to ensure smooth transit.

3. Shipping Rates & Estimated Transit Times

Estimated delivery times begin after the initial production, and processing window is complete.

  • Standard Canadian Delivery: 5 to 10 business days.
  • The Merch Shipping Guarantee: We are proud to offer 100% Free Shipping across Canada on all of our signature mugs, travel tumblers, and custom clothing collections!
  • Beverage Shipping: Standard international carrier rates apply to individual consumable coffee and tea shipments. Exact weight-based shipping rates will calculate transparently at checkout.

4. Address Corrections & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. Savary Flavors is not responsible for shipments delayed or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address inputs. If a package is returned to our hubs as undeliverable, our customer support team will contact you to arrange re-shipment at the buyer's expense.
